Dearborn 2020 WR Tommy Guajardo will be visiting Western Michigan University this upcoming weekend.

Guajardo is a fast rising prospect who has really elevated his game in the last year. At 6’3”, he is a big-framed wide receiver who possesses a huge catch radius and the height to overwhelm smaller defenders. He does a great job of getting off the line quickly and has a knack for finding open spots in defenses. He can make a tough catch for a first down, but is also dangerous downfield and is a proven commodity in the red-zone.

Guajardo is easily among the top pass catchers in the region and has as much upside as anyone. As one of the most natural football players in the 2020 class, he has the ability to be a real No. 1 wideout on the next level. He has so many tools you look for in an elite wide receiver and his best football is definitely still ahead of him.

Guajardo commented on his upcoming trip, “I attended an elite skills camp at Western last summer and their culture and coaching staff really left a great impression on me. I’m really looking forward to this visit and being able to see ‘Fay’ play on Saturday will be pretty incredible as well. He’s been a real source of inspiration for me as a young player.” (Referring to Bronco Defensive End and True Freshman, Ali Fayad - Dearborn High graduate of 2017)
