Oak Park 2020 OG/DT Justin Rogers is the #1 prospect in Michigan's deep class of 2020. The 5-star prospect is not only the best in Michigan but has to be the first name brought up when discussing the midwest. Rogers announced 50 offers, but also mentioned he holds one from FCS program, Morehead State.

The junior lineman received his first offer early in the Spring of 2016 from Kentucky and it wasn't until 10 months later that his 2nd offer came from CMU. "It was kind of slow at first when I didn't have any offers and Kentucky became my first," said Rogers when asked about how it felt having 50+ offers. "It's crazy now, it's non-stop. I have coaches contacting me every night, and it's only getting crazier now that it's getting closer to being over."

The process for Rogers has come full circle as he was offered by Bowling Green State this past week and they were the first college he visited as a recruit in February 2016. Rogers reflected on his recruiting process, "all this recruiting stuff changed real fast," said Rogers. "Now I'm at the top and I remember how hard I worked. The offers really came in 10th and 11th grade, its been a good process, its definitely good now."

Those around Rogers for years have continuously praised his work-ethic, even as the offers rolled in. Rogers provided his perspective on staying motivated, "I had to work to get everything," said Rogers. "When I go to camps, I go against the best players in the state and the country. Other great players like Ambry Thomas, Donovan-Peoples Jones, Kalon Gervin, and Mike Weber have encouraged me to keep working hard."
