Farmington Hills Harrison 2019 CB/WR Rod Heard is visiting the University of Iowa this weekend.
Heard is overall a top 25 recruit in the state of Michigan and has just 5 offers entering his junior season.
Temple, Army, Purdue, Syracuse, and Akron are the 5 schools who have already offered the solid CB prospect who will be visiting Iowa for the first time on Saturday.

- Player Analysis
8/23/2017: An unfortunate injury in track disabled him from performing in front of colleges this summer, so now that, that's in the past look for the Hawks CB to be in the discussion as one of the best cornerbacks in the state in 2019. Heard is a physical, lock-down type corner, who covers extremely well and suffocates receivers. Heard has elite ball skills and tracks the ball great. He can cover the 6'3+ receivers well.
College interest: As stated above there's a huge gap in his process this summer. Heard holds 5 offers. In these next 2 years, he'll be receiving more heavy interest.
