2019 Ruke Orhorhoro recaps Notre Dame visit and talks recruiting process

River Rouge 2019 DE Ruke Orhorhoro has received plenty on interest from colleges as the 6-foot-5, 250-pound has 17 offers from Missouri, to Iowa, to all three in-state MAC schools.

Over the past weekend Orhorhoro made the trip to South Bend to visit The Fighting Irish of Notre Dame.

The Junior left very happy with the coaching staff after the visit.

“The visit was great! They had really good coaches, and a great atmosphere,” says Orhorhoro.

Although Orhorhoro is looking for a school to help him grow as a football player and in the classroom there’s one more thing he looks for.

“The family vibe, a great academic program as well as football, also good food I love to eat,” Orhorhoro chuckles.

In the the future Orhorhoro has a few visits planned.

“I’m planning to go down to Penn State, Missouri, Iowa and Iowa state.”

Orhorhoro is also planning on some camps this summer to gear up for the season.

“Nike opening and Rivals are planned for now.”

Orhorhoro is a three star Defensive End which ranks him 589th in the 2019 class 12th in the state and 36th for Defensive Ends.
