Ypsilanti Lincoln 2018 DB/RB Derek Thomason was offered by Grand Valley State

Ypsilanti Lincoln 2018 DB/RB Derek Thomason received his first offer on Tuesday evening from Grand Valley State University.

Thomason recently concluded a huge senior season for the Railsplitters in which they won a District Championship for the first time in school history.

Thomason is being recruited a Nickel on defense as the 5'11" 205 lbs has borderline size between OLB and a DB.

Thomason rushed for over 1,100 yards as a senior with 19 touchdowns.
