Jackson Northwest 2019 G Sydney Shafer earned an offer from Central Michigan on Sunday while attending a team camp at Central Michigan.

The 5'9 Guard helped lead Northwest to the Class B State Championship game, where they lost to Country Day in 2018.

As a junior in 2017 Shafer averaged 17 ppg, 6.5 rpg, 4.0 apg, 4.0 spg.

Shafer plays AAU with 17U Michigan Mystics Dream Team.
