Bay City Central 2020 WR Devell Washington earned his 8th offer on Tuesday afternoon from Michigan State University.

The 6'4 200 lbs receiver has seen a tremendous spike in his recruiting process this off-season as word quickly spread about Washington following his sophomore season at BCC.

Washington was one of the top performers at MSU's elite camp in mid-June.
