Recruiting update with Paw Paw 2019 OT Karsen Barnhart
Paw Paw 2019 OT Karsen Barnhart stands at 6-foot-4, 285 pounds and is one of the top prospects in the 2019 class in Michigan.
Barnhart holds 15 offers, five in the state of Michigan including both Michigan State and Michigan. He has offers as far as Arizona State but most recently from Minnesota and Boston College.
“I’m just really trying to find the best for me, one that feels like a family,” says Barnhart.
Of the schools in the Barnhart sweepstakes several have remained in close contact with him.
“I have been hearing from Indiana, Michigan, Michigan State, Nebrska, Penn State, and Minnestota the most. My recruiting is going great right now!”
The 2019 Offensive Line class in Michigan is loaded with guys like Logan Brown, Devontae Dobbs, Anthony Bradford, and Spencer Brown, Barnhart is trying to separate himself and improving his overall game.
“I want to get stronger and become more explosive I think I can be really scary!”
Barnhart is a top prospect for any school but it sounds like Michigan State is separating themselves from the pack. He has already visited the Spartans three times since December it looks like Michigan State is the favorites right now.
