OK Conference Top Performers From District Championships

Last Friday, teams across the state claimed district championships and took another step towards Ford Field. Check out who the top performers were from the OK Conference were below.

Zak Ahern, QB, Rockford 2021”

Zak rushed 15 times for 229 yards and three touchdowns and threw for 138 yards and two touchdowns in Rockford’s 38-7 win over Grandville. Rockford will host Grand Blanc in a Division 1 Regional Championship on Saturday, November 13th at 1 p.m.

Mason McKenzie, QB, Caledonia 2022”

Mason rushed 21 times for 193 yards and two touchdowns and threw for 119 yards and three touchdowns in Caledonia’s 49-12 win over Muskegon Mona Shores. Caledonia will play Traverse City Central at Grandville high school in a Division 2 Regional Championship on Friday, November 12th at 7 p.m.

Nick Fox, WR, Caledonia 2022”

Nick caught two touchdown passes in Caledonia’s win over Mona Shores.

Ryan West RB, Cedar Springs 2023”

Ryan rushed for 116 yards and three touchdowns in Cedar Springs’ 21-14 win over Muskegon. Cedar Springs will play Dewitt in a Division 3 Regional Championship at Grand Ledge high school on Saturday, November 13th at 1 p.m.

Jakob Price, RB, Muskegon 2024”

Jakob rushed 11 times for 110 yards and two touchdowns in Muskegon’s loss to Cedar Springs.

Micah Bush, RB, Unity Christian 2022”

Micah ran for 101 yards and four touchdowns in Unity Christian’s 79-21 win over Grand Rapids Christian. Unity Christian will play Cadillac in a Division 4 Regional Championship at Jenison high school on Friday, November 12th at 7 p.m.

Abraham Rappuhn, RB, Unity Christian 2022”

Abraham ran for 196 yards in Unity Christian’s win over Grand Rapids Christian.

Drew Chandler, RB, Unity Christian 2022”

Drew rushed for 137 yards and two touchdowns in Unity Christian’s win over Grand Rapids Christian.

Amir Nixon, WR, Grand Rapids Christian 2022”

Amir caught four passes for 109 yards in Grand Rapids Christian’s loss to Unity Christian.

Ace Thomas, RB, Grand Rapids Christian 2022”

Ace caught five passes for 61 yards and a touchdown and ran twice for 81 yards and a touchdown in Grand Rapids Christian’s loss to Unity Christian.

Nate Brinks, RB, Grand Rapids South Christian 2023”

Nate ran 11 times for 102 yards and two touchdowns in South Christian’s 38-14 win over Hastings. South Christian will play at host Edwardsburg in a Division 4 Regional Championship on Friday, November 12th at 7 p.m

Jake DeHaan, QB, South Christian 2022”

Jake ran 13 times for 116 yards and one touchdown and threw for 87 yards and a touchdown in South Christian’s win.

John Passinault, QB, Grand Rapids Catholic Central 2022”

John threw five touchdown passes in Grand Rapids Catholic Central’s 44-6 win over West Catholic. Catholic Central will host Muskegon Oakridge in a Division 5 Regional Championship on Friday, November 12th at 7 p.m.
