Motor City Grizzlies is one of the most competitive AAU programs in the Detroit, MI area. We take pride in our ability to develop athletes to their full potential.
Our teams are designed to incorporate skill development, performance training, and competitive gameplay. Players that join our family will have access to the following:

- Fundamental and Skill Development
- Structured teaching practices
- Academic & Volunteerism support
- Character, Leadership & Life skills guidance
We offer competitive youth basketball tryouts for boys and girls. Our teams participate in basketball tournaments and leagues at a competitive level of play. Motor City Grizzlies teams participate in competitive youth basketball tournaments and leagues year round in various competitive sports associations such as, but not limited to, Adidas Gauntlet, AAU Basketball, NCAA Certified basketball exposure events and more for competitive youth basketball opportunities.
To join our program, the first step is to attend a tryout. During tryouts, players are assessed for skill level, position(s), and opportunity for team placement. Athletes that successfully make the teams are continuously evaluated for performance; and offered in-house advanced basketball training to accelerate the individual player’s performance to the next level of basketball.
